Full Description
A wharf is visible in this location on historic OS mapping of the area (2nd and 3rd editions) (1-3). It is the terminus for a tramway which ran though the quarry and cement works located immediately to the south.Whole area in use by Lafarge Bluecircle Cements. Not clear which structures are historic and which have been built over. (4)
