Summary
Three possible post medieval oyster beds are visible on aerial photographs taken in 1946. These rectangular pits are situated on a small area of saltings by Colemouth Creek. They were mapped from aerial photographs as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project.
