From information by Chaplin, A.P.G.M. employees, and by ground observations the following sites have been determined.
`A' [Centred TQ72287718]; site of Roman cremation burials overlying an 'industrial site' excavated by Chaplin, and marked by large quantities of briquetage visible in both banks of the baulk. Only a few sherds of 1st/2nd. c. pottery were found.
