Summary
A large earthwork feature of uncertain function ran between Epple Bay and Westgate Bay. The feature appears on the 3rd edition Ordnance Survey map of c.1905-1922. It also is present on the 4th edition map of c.1931-1940. Recorded during an assessment of the north Kent coast by Wessex Archaeology
