Monument record TQ 77 SE 1109 - Timber pile alignment, Buttercrock Wharf, Hoo St. Werburgh

Summary

The remnants of a timber pile alignment was identified during an assessment of the north Kent coast by Wessex Archaeology in 2001. May be associcated with Bronze Age flints found in a peat layer nearby to the east (see TQ 77 SE 1108).
