Full Description
Handaxe and a possible flake-tool from Chalk, Gravesend, uncertain location and provenance. Roe (1) records a handaxe from Chalk in the British Museum, and quotes Arnold (2) on a "scraper" from gravel beds at Chalk, the latter verified by B Harrison of Ightam (so maybe just an eolith). Finds later listed in SRPP (3).
