Full Description

A cluster of nine WWII bomb craters visible on RAF vertical aerial photographs from 1942 [1]. Extensive areas of upcast from each crater are also visible on photographs. It is unclear whether or not the craters survive as depressions as later photographs show the site as covered by scrub and trees [2].

A transcription of the features recorded from aerial photography exists within a GIS layer held by this HER [3].
