A wide curving linear feature is visible as a shallow earthwork on 1945 RAF vertical aerial photographs [1]. It appears to be a section of a hollow way and is likely to be of medieval or post-medieval date, any southward continuation is masked by tree growth. It is unclear if the feature still exists as an earthwork as modern aerial photographs show this area as now covered by a tree nursery [2].
