The square EWS tank measures 30m squared and is first visible on photographs taken in December 1941 [1]. It is built some time between February and December of 1941 as it is not visible on the photographs taken in February 1941 [2]. The tank is backfilled by April 1946 [3].

Adjacent to the EWS tank are some earthwork features, including two short lengths of ditch, possible trenches, measuring 6.5m by 2.5m and 7m by 2.3m. There is also a small bank of earth beside the western trench, measuring 11m long and 2.5m wide. These are first visible in photographs taken in January 1941 [4] and were mapped from photographs taken in February 1941 [2]. These features were levelled and backfilled by April 1946 [3].

Pathways are also apparent around the EWS tank and around the extents of Spencer Court, first visible on aerial photographs taken in December 1941 [1] and are gone by Sept 1948 [5].
