Full Description
Remnants of six WWII anti-aircraft gun emplacements were mapped from military aerial photographs taken in April 1946 [1]. The two rows of three emplacements are visible as earthworks banks and the three more complete ones are sub-rectangular measuring between c.10-12m long. Two of the emplacements have a central structural pintle still visible, on which a gun would be attached. The emplacements are no longer visible by April 1950 [2].
