Eight WWII bomb craters are visible on Tenants Hills, Sandwich Bay. The sub-circular craters measure between 5.26m and 11m. Upcast is visible around six of the craters. The features were fist visible in military aerial photographs taken in February 1946 [1] and have been mapped from this series. Two craters are no longer visible by April 1950 [2] and the remaining ones are levelled by 2003 [3, 4].
