Full Description
Two rectangular WWII military buildings measuring 11m by 6m and 7.2m by 3.5m are located beside the mineral railway linking Betteshanger Colliery with the spoil heap, south of Hacklinge, NW of Deal and have been mapped from military aerial photographs taken in April 1946 [1] (the first series in which they are first visible). They appear dismantled by April 1950 [2] and are entirely gone by 1957 [3].
