Full Description
Observed from military aerial photographs. Two Nissen Huts measuring 4.5m wide by 10.5m long, situated north adjacent to the railway line, and split between the pedestrian bridge to Shakespeare beach. Possibly used for equipment for the railways in the event of invasion. Mapped and first observed from photographs in June 1942 [1] the Two nissen huts were last observed as foundations and hard standing in August 1945 [2].
