Monument record MWX43651 - WWII military camp, Walmer
Summary
WWII military camp visible in 1946, located in Walmer. The site was not visible in 1942 when the area was an unused plot of land. It was comprised of two long nissen huts joined with two structures, a further nissen hut, five small structures, an area of probable hard standing, a curvilinear bank and associated pathways. The site was seen to have been developed as a housing estate by 2003.
