Monument record MWX43653 - Probable WWII earthworks, Walmer

Summary

Probable WWII earthworks visible in 1946, located in Walmer. These features were not visible in 1942. Six banks all less than 2m wide were seen in an area of sparse woodland. These were not present on historic OS mapping dating to 1938. The area was seen to still be sparsely wooded in 2003, but the banks were not visible.
