Full Description
WWII barbed wire visible on aerial photographs taken in 1942 [1], located in Walmer.  The single line of wire ran for 480m.  This wire was no longer visible on aerial photographs taken in 1946 [2].  Next Perspectives photography taken in 2003 [3] showed this feature to be absent.  
This feature was located close to a WWII site in the N (MWX43667) and a WWII military site to the S (MWX43669).  
A transcription of the feature recorded from aerial photography exists within a GIS layer held by this HER.
