Monument record TR 13 SW 183 - Second World War bomb crater, west of the Dymchurch Redoubt

Summary

A Second World War bomb crater is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs, to the west of the Dymchurch Redoubt (Monument Number 464040). The crater is the result of enemy bombing on this part of the Kent coastline. The crater was subsequently levelled after the war.
