Full Description
A Second World War bomb crater is visible on aerial photographs of 1941 as a hollow in the area of the then extant St Marys Bay Holiday Camp. This feature has been mapped from aerial photographs as part of the South East RCZAS NMP project. The bomb crater is centred at TR 0876 2754, and measures approximately four metres in diameter. This area has subsequently been developed for housing, and the site of the bomb crater now lies beneath a house on Holly Road (1-2).
