Summary
A Second World War pillbox and three associated slit trenches are visible as a building and earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1942, though the building has been demolished and the earthworks levelled on aerial photograph taken in 1959. Three short lengths of slit trench extend from the pill box towards the cliff edge. This site has been mapped from aerial photographs as part of the South East Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey NMP (Component 2).
