Summary

A Second World War roadblock is visible on aerial photographs taken in 1942. The road block is located at the junction of Stade street and West Parade, Hythe. The road block is defined by parallel lines of anti tank cubes or cylinders and other removable road blocks forming either a hedgehog or hairpin arrangement. The road block was removed after the war.
