Building record MWX51427 - Second World War pillbox

Summary

A Second World War type 22 pillbox is visible as a building on aerial photographs, and remains extant on aerial photographs taken in 2007. The pill box has a very thick detached blast wall and is located on Dover Hill. This site has been mapped from aerial photographs as part of the South East Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey NMP (Component 2).
