Summary
A group of Second World War probable storehouses or possible gun emplacements are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs. The site comprises circa 15 rectangular and sub rectangular cropmarks. These measure circa 4 to 6 metres across, and have no discernable spatial pattern. Some of these may be related to a Light Anti Aircraft (Diver) Battery (NMR: 1478073). This site has been mapped from aerial photographs as part of the South East Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey NMP (Component 2).
