Full Description
A group of Second World War storehouses or possible barracks defined by tents are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs. The site is centred on TR 2791 3879 and extends over an area which measures 70 metres east-west and 45 metres north-south. The site comprises 11 sub rectangular cropmarks. There is no regular arrangement, which suggests that it is less likely to be tents. The extent of this site has been defined from aerial photographs as part of the South East Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey NMP (Component 2) (1).
