Full Description

The possible Type 24 pillbox is centred at TR 0996 2954, and measures approximately six to seven metres across. It is located on the south-eastern side of the Hythe and Dymchurch Light Railway (Monument Number 1357333), to the north of the northern end of St Anns Road. It appears to have some kind of porch or extension to its southern corner. Vertical aerial photographs of 2006 appear to show that the possible pillbox has been converted into a two-storey building of some sort (1-2).
