Full Description
The possible WWII pillbox is centred at TR 0821 2132, and measures approximately three metres north to south, and three and a half metres east to west. It appears to be facing the seafront, to the east, and is also located approximately 60m to the east of a small bridge over the Hythe and Dymchurch Light Railway (Monument Number 1357333). The pillbox appears to have been removed by the time of the vertical aerial photographs of 1959 (1-2).
