Full Description

A section of linear Second World War barbed wire obstructions are visible on aerial photographs at Dymchurch, north of Hythe Road and south of the Romny, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway. The barbed wire has been mapped as part of the South East Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey NMP. The barbed wire formed part of the anti invasion defences of Dymchurch and the Kent coastline.
