Four Second World War bomb craters are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1946, though they have been levelled on aerial photographs taken in 1966. The site is centred on TR 2918 3976 and extends between TR 2915 3982 and TR 2922 3971. The craters measure circa 3 metres in diameter. This site has been mapped from aerial photographs as part of the South East Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey NMP (Component 2) (1-2).
