Summary
The site of a heavy anti aircraft (Diver) battery at Hythe. It was armed with four 90mm mobile guns. It formed part of the Dover Diver Section from 2nd August 1944, when it was manned by the 134 American Mobile Anti Aircraft Battalion. The battery however was not visible on aerial photographs taken immediately after the war.
