Monument record TR 13 NW 71 - Battle Headquarters, Lympne Airfield

Summary

Located in the middle of a field, but would have been on the edge of of the then Little Tory wood, this would have served as the command post for the Station Commander in the event of attack by enemy land forces. The condidtion of the structure is not known as it was not viewed as part of the Kent Defence Project.
