Summary
Brick estate cottage. During the late 19th century and early 20th century the cottage, then known as Sawmill Cottage (Saw Lodge Cottages on the 4th Ed OS map), was used partly for storing timber. A square oast house lies at the back and into Sawmill Cottage.
