Concrete type 24 pillbox, facing North. At edge of escarpment in back garden of house, High Halstow. (1)

This Second World War pillbox can be seen on aerial photographs taken in 1953.It is centred on TQ 7789 7534 and is likely to be associated with the barbed wire to the north. This site was mapped from aerial photographs as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project(3)
