This planning report is divided into three sections. Firstly it examines the existing policy framework, as it relates to the site of Ingress Park. Secondly, it identifies those historical landscape features which remain within the site and provides information as to their current condition and role within the landscape. Thirdly, it examines how such features could be incorporated and reinterpreted as part of the emerging landscape strategy and heritage trail.
