Abstract/Summary
Report on an evaluation of the Roman City Wall in The Old Deanery Garden, Rochester. Over the course of the investigation, the remains of the Roman walls were successfully indentified in all of the test pits. The south wall was found in test pit 2 at just 0.7m below the surface. Some sherds of Roman pottery were present and recorded.
