The report details an archaeological assessment, which took place in March 2015, in advance of a proposed extension to an existing staff car park at Madistone Hospital, Kent. The evaluation consisted of the excavation of three evaluation trenches. A single archaeological feature was identified comprising a wide V-shaped ditch, aligned northwest-southeast. The ditch contained pottery from several vessels dating to 1st Century AD.
