Abstract/Summary
Following machine dug trenches in 2012, hand dug trenches excavated in June and August 2013 to more closely examine the prehistoric flintwork discovered in earlier work. More flintwork and prehistoric pottery discovered. Waste flakes, very small flakes and chips identified as evidence of knapping at the site. The assemblage consists of multiple phases: Mesolithic, Early Neolithic and Late Neolithic.
