Abstract/Summary
From the report: "This heritage assessment has been produced to accompany the Listed Building Consent and Planning Application for the alteration and extension to Broughton House, London Road, Sevenoaks, Kent, on the basis that the application site is a Grade II* Listed Building on theNational Heritage List for England (NHLE) (NHLE ref. 1253962) due to its special architectural and historic value.
It was advised that ‘The historic formal gardens and parkland should not be detrimentally affected by development’. "
