Abstract/Summary
An archaeological building survey undertaken by MOLA of the two sites; Areas 1B and 9.
Area 1B was located on the west side of the River Medway, and Area 9 to the east of the Medway. The above ground structures recorded on both sites relate to the former cement works established in the mid-19th century, though little evidence survived.
