Tinted copy of plans, sections and elevation of the Canteen and Regimental Institute of the Grand Shaft Barracks at Western Heights showing additions and alterations executed in 1892, 1899 and 1922 with a location plan. The plans, elevation and sections are at 1" to 8 ft and the site plan at 1:2500. There is also a note of the dates of authorisation, commencement and completion, the estimated and actual costs of the alterations and the materials used in the building. The alterations of 1922 have been made in pencil and are mostly alterations in room use. The plan appears to be a copy of some form.
