Author/Originator | Royal Engineers |
Date/Year | 1900 |
Abstract/Summary
Hand-tinted plans, sections and elevations of Warrant Officers Quarters numbers two and three of the South Front Barracks at Western Heights with a location plan. Traced from the contract plans and revised using actual measurements as a record drawing. The drawings include some measurements and notes about construction and utilities. The majority of the drawings are at 1" to 8 ft, the remaining section is at 1" to 4 ft and the site plan is at 1:500. There is a note indication the reference is on a drawing that is not in this set. The original plan was drawn up on 18th October 1900 but was corrected in red on 29th September 1905. This correction changed a door to a window and was corrected again in pencil to change the window to a door.
