Hand-tinted copy of plans, sections and location plan of Victoria Hall in the South Front Barracks at Western Heights. The building was originally soldiers accommodation but has been converted into an educational establishment and one set of married quarters - there is a note explaining this on the plan. The site plan also shows the location of utilities.
