Abstract/Summary
An archaeological evaluation followed by excavation was undertaken on land adjacent Giles Lane within the grounds of St Edmund’s School, St Thomas’ Hill, Canterbury.
The archaeological works were commissioned by St Edmund’s School as part of a planning condition for the development of the land for a state of the art astro-turf pitch.
