Object Number Object title Scope and Content 1019410 MAISON DIEU, OSPRINGE SITE ARCHIVE S Contents : LARGE AL0847 Ospringe, Maison Dieu An album of 24 pages containing 37 black and white photographs showing the Maison Dieu, a medieval complex consisting of hospital, royal lodge and almshouses. The album records the buildings from the 1880s through to the 1950s, including during repair works in the early 1950s. As well as the building now known as the Maison Dieu Museum, the album also features 15 Ospringe Street (once also part of the complex) and various outbuildings and yards associated with the site. There are several plans for reproduction and display, some undated sketch plans (possibly from the 1960s or 1970s), an electrical services drawing from 1979 and copies of block plans from 1998.
