Abstract/Summary
A report describing the construction and disposition of three underground air-raid shelters, of Second World War date, at Dover Grammar School for Boys, Astor Avenue, Dover, Kent CT17 0DQ. In advance of redevelopment of the school, comprising the demolition of existing school buildings and proposed erection of a part three-, part four-storey teaching block with attached sports hall and associated infrastructure, would potentially have impacted on these underground structures.
