Heritage Impact Assessment Addendum of land north and south of Cottington Road, Cliffsend, Ramsgate, Kent. This study is an addendum to a previously prepared Historic Landscape and Setting Assessment of St Augustine’s Cross. The study makes an assessment of the effects of the development proposals on the significance of St Augustine’s Cross through change within setting. It concludes that no harm is anticipated to occur to the significance of the cross or the ability to appreciate that significance as a result of the introduction of the residential development within its wider setting.
