Abstract/Summary
Scheduled monument consent was granted in 2022 for a programme of archaeological evaluations based on findings from geophysical surveys. Four small trial trenches were excavated at Boxley Abbey in July 2023 to examine several anomalies recorded from geophysical surveys undertaken by the Hastings Area Archaeological Research Group in 2021-2022.
