ADU01/01/23 Langdon Bay Wreck Information Folder This file has been checked and sensitive information removed in line with data protection legislation.Primary and secondary data accumulated during the investigation of Langdon Bay designated wreck by the Archaeological Diving Unit. Record covers 1974 - 2002. Information folder contains: site record form, ADU reports, dive log sheets, survey data, statutory instruments, correspondence, licence application forms, ACHWS minutes, licences, licensee reports, publications, book chapters and press clippings. Document folders contains: site record form, excavation data sheets, press clippings, publications, correspondence and licence applications.
ADU01/05/073 Langdon Bay Wreck Diving Investigations Video and Audio Recording Audio and Video recording of the diving investigations on the designated wreck at Langdon Bay on 03 MAY 1995. The first dive by Martin Dean took 28 minutes and this was followed by Steve Liscoe's 28 minute dive.Colour images and sound. Good visibility. First diver completes a seabed search and the second diver continues examining seabed features.Note: dives took place on 03 May 1995 according to ADU database and reports even though this video has 03 APR 1995 on screen.

ADU01/05/080 Langdon Bay and Stirling Castle Wreck Diving Investigations Video and Audio Recording Audio and Video recording of the 54 minute long diving investigations on the designated wreck at Langdon Bay on 30 JUL 1999 by diver Martin Dean and the final 15 mins of a dive on Stirling Castle by Martin Dean on 06 JUL 1999.For the Langdon Bay dive, colour images with sound. Bad visibility, some visibility possible by torchlight. Diver examining seabed features and taking positions.The remaining 15 minutes of the Stirling Castle dive is colour images with sound. Fair visibility by torchlight. Diver examines and measures a copper strainer type object found near a large cook pot. Then second dive is 6/7/99 starting at 55 to 1:10 minutes. Warning: bad language.Note: At the end of the tape there is non-ADU footage which was taken by Norman Temple of SEA Dive OrGanisation in Ramsgate. As an avid wreck investigator and underwater photographer, he would often donate his old tapes containing holiday footage to the ADU.
