1. 944 ST DUNSTAN'S STREET (South West Side) No 45 (St Dunstan's House) TR 1458 SW 1/112 3.12.49. II GV 2. Dated 1750. 2 storeys and basement painted brick. Old tiled roof with 1 dormer and modillion cornice. 4 sashes with glazing bars intact. Part stringcourse. Ground floor has 2 3-light canted bays, 2 cambered sashes and a doorcase with a pedimented weatherhood, moulded architrave and 6 fielded panelled door. 3 stone steps. Plinth. Pediment has cartouche. Nos 39 to 45 (consec) form a group. Listing NGR: TR1431258274
