Description from record TR 15 NW 394:
No 45 St Dunstan's Street, St Dunstan's House [TR 14315828 sited from OS 1/1250 1970]. Grade II. Dated 1750. (1) No 45 St Dunstan's Street. Most of the rear rooms are two bays of a larger medieval building, which extended to the east. Front range is late 16th or early 17th century. 1750 dated in bricks. (2)

2. Dated 1750. 2 storeys and basement painted brick. Old tiled roof with 1 dormer and modillion cornice. 4 sashes with glazing bars intact. Part stringcourse. Ground floor has 2 3-light canted bays, 2 cambered sashes and a doorcase with a pedimented weatherhood, moulded architrave and 6 fielded panelled door. 3 stone steps. Plinth. Pediment has cartouche.
Nos 39 to 45 (consec) form a group.
