C16 with C18 cladding. Timber framed with red brick ground floor and tile-hung first floor. Plain tiled hipped roof. 2 storeys, with end stacks on ridge. Irregular fenestration of 6 windows on first floor and 5 windows on ground floor, mixture of wide glazing bar sashes and casement. Boarded doors to extrance left, in centre and to right.
