Timberframed, the ground floor underbuilt in sandstone with brick dressings and weatherboarded first floor. Steeply pitched hipped tiled roof with off central brick chimneystack. Two storeys; 2 windows. C19 casements, some triple. Off central plank door with wooden weatherhood. 1. 5272 GREAT CHART CHILMINGTON GREEN Netters Farmhouse (formerly listed as Netter Farmhouse) TQ 94 SE 15/46 14.2.67 II 2. Probably a late mediaeval hall-house refaced, the ground floor with cement on a base of stone rubble, above tile-hung. Two storeys and attics. Hipped tiled roof with one gabled dormer.
